This curated journey begins in Cape Town, a city rich in history, natural beauty, and world-class dining. From there, explore the Cape Winelands, where rolling vineyards and charming villages set the stage for private tastings and gourmet meals.
Then, prepare for the crown jewel of the trip—the Okavango Delta, one of the most pristine and wildlife-rich ecosystems on Earth. Here, you’ll enjoy six extraordinary days and 5 nights on safari at two exclusive camps, Monachira Lodge and Kiri Camp, with the option to extend the adventure to the mighty Victoria Falls.

Day 1 - August 30, 2026
Arrival in Cape Town
Arrive at Cape Town International Airport (CPT) with private transfer to The Capital Hotel on Orange (approximately 20-minute drive) for 2 nights. The hotel is centrally located, just 2 minutes from Cape Town's world-class restaurants and conveniently close to the airport—perfect for recovering from your long-haul journey.
Evening Dining Dinner reservation at Upper Union at 8:00 PM, located directly across from your hotel. Enjoy tapas-style cuisine, exceptional wines, and quick service.

Day 2 - August 31, 2026
Explore Capetown with Luke (guide)
The plan for the day is to cover many of the city's highlights. We will begin with a trip up Table Mountain via the scenic cable car, offering breathtaking views from the summit. Following this, we will visit Lion's Head and Signal Hill.
Next, you'll embark on a walking tour of the historic parts of the city. This includes a visit to the beautiful Dutch East India Company Gardens, the historic Houses of Parliament, and a stop at Green Market Square, a vibrant African Craft Market.
Return to the hotel in the late afternoon to refresh and get ready for your exclusive reservation at FYN restaurant at 7:30PM

Day 3 - Sep 1, 2026
Wine country
At 10:00 AM, you'll be picked up from your hotel for private transportation to your new accommodation in the heart of the Franschhoek wine region. You'll be staying two nights at La Cle in Franschhoek, in two private villas featuring a private pool and three rooms each—amazing exclusivity.

Evening Highlight - Exclusive Dining Experience: At 8:00 PM, you'll enjoy an exclusive dining experience at the Jan pop-up at La Motte. This pop-up offers a unique opportunity to experience his innovative cuisine paired with exceptional wines in a setting that reflects the artistry of his approach to food.
Transportation: Depart from La Cle by taxi at 7:30 PM (La Motte is just a 10-minute drive away). After enjoying the pre-dinner rituals and main dinner event, the restaurant will arrange return transportation to Le Cle.

Safari adventures to the Okavango Delta
Transfer to the Delta
You’ll be picked up at 8:00 AM for your transfer to Cape Town Airport and flight to Maun, Botswana. From there, a charter plane will take you to Shinde Airstrip, where staff will escort you to Monachira Lodge, a stunning new luxury camp in the heart of the Okavango Delta.

After a morning game drive, you’ll head to the airstrip for your chartered flight from Monachira to Kiri Camp, located in another spectacular part of the Okavango Delta.

6:00 AM - Morning Game Drive Depart in open-air vehicles as the bush awakens. This is prime time for predator activity as lions and leopards are often still active from their nighttime hunts.
8:30 AM - Bush Breakfast Stop at a scenic location for a full English breakfast served in the wilderness, perhaps watching elephants at a nearby waterhole.
11:00 AM - Return to Camp

1:00 PM - 3:30 PM - Midday Rest Relax by the pool, nap, take a spa treatment.

In the afternoon, unwind with a relaxing massage, designed to help you reset and reflect before your final safari adventure.
The day concludes with a traditional Botswana braai—an open-fire barbecue that’s more than just a meal. It’s a celebration of community, flavor, and storytelling, shared beneath a canopy of stars.

Departure from the Delta
After your final morning game drive, you’ll take a chartered flight to Maun Airport, connecting seamlessly with your onward flight to Johannesburg (JNB). International departures to Europe and the USA typically leave late at night, allowing for easy same-day connections without the need to overnight in Johannesburg.
